Cheat meal rule?

Honestly, if you are trying to keep low body fat and stay ripped, for most people, one a week is really it and only if you need to.
 
There's no rule to it. Some people have a one "free of choice" meal a week some may have two. Depends on the person and their diet.
 
every 'cheat meal' can be prepped healthy.. give me the name of a food and i will tell you exactly how to do it. the ingredients, the way you cook it, the oils you use, the condiments, etc all factor in

i eat burgers, wings, pizza, etc. no problem. the difference is i use natural ingredients

there is a difference between eating a big mac with fries from fast food, and making your own burger at home and cutting up pieces of sweet potato. in fact after you eat both foods you will know there is a difference when your stomach hurts vs. feels fine.
 
Stupid clean eating...missing out on all that delicious junk...*grumble grumble*
