carbs or no carbs

Please help me find out. Is it better to use carbs or use no carbs for optimal results? I want to shred out and carbs make me bloated.
 
You sort of answered your own question. You can still definitely lean out with carbs and thousands of examples of very low bodyfat percentages exist to back it up. Personally I drop carbs pretty low to lean out with success, but don’t eliminate them to zero.

Eat less of them and see what happens.
 
Shredding out does not mean you can't eat carbs. You just have to limit the intake once you get leaner.
But all that aside, have you tried any other carb sources that might be easier to digest?

For instance some people who eat a lot of carbs may have issues with bloating simply because they are getting so much fiber along those carb sources.
