I've reached my bodyfat goals for the summer and was curious how many carbs a day I should be taking for maximum performance in the gym. I would like to gain at least 5 lbs of mostly lean muscle in my next HST cycle. Don't want to put on any body fat if possible so I was thinking of getting the extra calories from protein/EFA's. Right now I'm taking in around 150 carbs/day. I'll be lifting 3x/week and alternating jogging and wind sprints 2x/week.
