Carb Cycling.. Opinions?

What do you guys think about cycling your carb intake?

Maybe something like this:

  • Day 1: 100-125g carbs (around ~2000 calories)
    Day 2: 250-300g carbs (around ~2500 calories)
    Day 3: 400-450g carbs (around ~3000 calories)
I am thinking this would help keep glycogen levels up while allowing you to drop some fat on the lower carb days.

By the way this is for the typical 200 lbs. bodybuilder.
 
That seems a little steep to me. I would maybe try

Day 1: 100 - 125 gms
Day 2: 100 - 125 gms
Day 3: 250 - 300 gms
Repeat day one....etc....

I used something similar the one mentioned above and it worked slowly but surely.

I am going to end up doing something like this.

Day 1 & 2: under ~100-125g carbs
Day 3: 600-700g carbs
Day 4: 300g carbs
