i do 2 things to cut my craving at night:
1) I have a protein shake ready, I slam the shake and i'm not hungry
2) or if you really CRAVE-- I use 1tbsp all-natural peanut butter ... it's crewy and yummy cuts all my cravings w/ only 100 cal 16g fat and only 2.9carbs 3.5g prtn
