Is canned vegetables going to be a good option for me? They also have frozen vegetables do you think that those are okay to use and do I just pop them into the microwave

    Canned vegetables versus Frozen versus fresh

    I prefer fresh vegetables if you can get them, but you can use frozen ones if no choice

    fresh fruit and veggies that are harvested when ripe are going to have full nutrition. that is your aim

    the longer they are out the more they lose their nutrition. try and get local fruits/veggies

    Optimally fresh would be the way to go but frozen is not a terrible option.

    organic and fresh vegetables n fruits .... canned vegetable is not at all recommended ..
