cananyone help me with this diet

Morning
Cereal ,4 slices of toast,6eggs,proteinshake

mid morning
fruit,Can of tuna

Lunch
Pasta,Chicken breast

mid
can of tuna..

dinner
potatoes,chicken breast,veg..

before bed
can anyone help me out on this

+ i dont really like tuna ,can i eat something else which would be as good as

You need to get more healthy fats in there regardless of cutting or bulking. Maybe add some olive oil to your tuna. Before bed try 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites scrambled up. That supplies about 30grams of protein.
