can water flush out excess sodium?

I am on a bulking cycle right now and am holding a lot more water than I'd like to. I have aramidex, but the problem is that there is WAY too much sodium in my diet.

I eat a lot of processed meat (cuz i get it for free). It's a great source of protein, but unfortunately, it's packed with sodium. Can Drinking lots and lots and lots of water help cut down on the BLOATING that sodium causes?

thanks.

This is actually an interesting question > someone once posted how to flush the sodium out of tuna.
I forget how - but perhaps you could was the meat or steam it, and remove the water.

Diuretics (ECA, Coffee (C) , and lasix if its that bad lol)
LOTS of water. On a cycle especially, 4 L minimum . A good guideline for me: ALL My PISSES ARE CLEAR
