Can't Stand It/Must Cut/New Diet

Aight, I can't stand not cutting anymore. I have been a bit wishing-washy lately, but I have decided that I need to cut once again. I don't do well when not dieting, which is obvious with a review of my nutrition the last couple of weeks. This is what I am thinking of eating now:

2 c coffee

Cardio: treadmill.30min.3%incline

Meal 1:
1 c raw steel-cut oats
cal-680/carbs-116/pro-24?/fat-12?
10 egg whites
170/0/35/0
5 pieces turkey bacon
175/0/10/12.5
Meal 1 Total 1025/116/69/24.5


Meal 2:
can tuna
Meal 2 Total 150/0/32.5/1.25

Meal 3:
1/2 c brown rice
300/64/6?/2?
chicken breast
220/0/46/2.5
Meal 3 Total 520/64/52/4.5

Weights.

Meal 4:
1.5 scp protein powder
165/4.5/34.5/2.25
banana

Meal 4 Total 275/33.5/35.5/2.25

Meal 5:
3 potatoes sautteed

1 Tbsp olive oil

chicken breast

1/2 c brown rice

is meal 4 your PWO? what type of protein powder is that? you eat this right away after lifting?

Also, I prefer not to add carbs later in the day, only in the first half (the exception is the dextrose/Maltodextrine in my PWO shake)

Meal 5: High GI potatoes and fat (even when it is good fat): potatoes sauteed in olive oil is another way of saying French fries!!!, man, I would skip that combination.

Any idea how much all this amount to? macronutrients?
 
This is what I whould eat on a workout day, so my intake on the other days will be a little different.
Suggestion?

im cutting right now too..but im not consuming carbs after lunch. W/the exeption of the dextrose in my PWO shake..

Exactly the same here. My carbs stop at 13:00 (with the exception of the dextrose/maltodextrine)

nope...just the dextrose that i add to my PWO, thats it....meal after that is can of tuna w/2 T of ANPB.

But im at a higher BF then you probably are...
 
Cuttin @ 3,700 cals? Damn how much do you weigh?


Is meal 5 your PWO meal? If so, IMO drop the olive oil and possibly the chicken breast. If you want to use potatoes for fast acting carbs then fine, but take some whey with them.
