Can someone explain "maintenance calories?"

I am trying to finalize a diet for myself, and have it at just less than 2000 cals a day. About 225g of protein, 100g carbs, and 38g of fat over 6 meals.

So what is my daily maintenance? I weigh 260. I won't be using any AAS on this cutting plan for a couple of months. Diet, Yohimburn, and cardio only. Thanks for the help.

Well..............

It means.......the amount of calories you burn a day!
If you are eating 2000 cals a day and you are not gaining weight or losing weight, that is your maintenance calories! What you do is try the 2000 cals a day and check every morning for 7 days and at the seventh day you can figure a round about idea. You will have some slightly different readings on a day by day basis, so keep in mind to estimate out of the seven readings!
