can i replace oatmeal with these cereals?

Hi.
I don't like oatmeal, but i loke those cereals very much:
100g contain:
1636kJ/386kcal
protein: 6g
carbs: 83g (34g sugar)
fat: 3,3g


I don't look at the protein because i only need those for carbs, so what do you think about them? too much sugar?

Last time I remember you were trying to get lean, then the "cereal" which is full of processed sugar is a BAD idea. Drop the cereal and start liking oatmeal my friend. Try mixing the oatmeal w/ some equal and maybe some protein to add taste to it.

I used to hate oatmeal till i started eating it with splenda... Splenda is a sweetener that is very low in calories and tastes great... Take mr X's advice and eat the oatmeal... It is a great low gi carb source ... Will give you engergy all morning...
 
i've done the splenda/cinnamon thing and its very yummy.

you could also try putting a spoonful of fat-free, sugar-free jam in your oatmeal. it only adds about 5 grams of carbs but adds tons of taste.

Dude I feel your pain about cereal. I friggin love Reese's Peanut Butter Crunch and Fruity Pepples. But alas, they are not in congruence with my quest for a 6-pack. Gotta stick to the oatmeal bro.

That's a lot of fiber, but A LOT of sugar too, so it's all up to the person.
