Calorie and carb cycling daily

what is your opinion about carb and calorie cycling everyday versus staying at the same number and eating at a maintenance toes. Wouldn't it make sense to do that versus just eating the same thing everyday. Because we don't burn the same amount
of calories everyday
 
every animal on earth cycles them
every pro athlete cycles them

but because diet gurus are lazy they want you to count them and try to 'hit a number' everyday. it doesn't work and it does way more harm than good.

not only vary your food intake but also WHICH FOODS you eat too. there is a reason only certain foods are available certain times of the year.

i actually carb and calorie cycle all the time its a good idea
like on training days you go higher protein fat protein carbs
and on non training days higher protein lower fat/carbs
 
Diet routine must change, 6 days I train and eat clean(no carbs, but meat, fat and vegies) and 7th day eat everything
