Caloric intake

So recently I've been calculating my caloric intake, here are my findings. <br />
<br />
Age 32<br />
Weight 76kg<br />
Height 5ft 9<br />
Bf% 9<br />
Lift 5 days per week<br />
Cardio none at present <br />
Work - active on feet all day lifting etc. <br />
<br />
My goal as always is lean muscle with minimal bf% <br />
<br />
This seems to work for me, losing bf without the need for cardio at present <br />
<br />
Protein 144g per day<br />
Fat 72g per day<br />
Carbs 155 per day<br />
Total calories 1956 <br />
<br />
This is split between 5 small meals and includes coffee with milk<br />
<br />
What do you nutrition gurus make of this? I am eager to know your thoughts
