When dieting, what percent decrease from maintenance do you aim for????

Do you factor in your workout activity when calculating this???

Do you eat less calories on non training days???

I would say around 10%, 15%.

Yes. (on training days i have a post-workout meal)

Manu,

do you figure in your activity level when calculating your maintenance... If so how many calories per hour do you attribute to working with weights????

Yes you should. IMO the fact that many do not is the reason why many tend to say that cardio "eats up muscle". Since most tend to use the same basic formulas (whether using cardio or not), for example 12*BW for cutting (15 to maintain) those that do incorporate cardio without compensating are simply creating too large a caloric deficit through their extra activity.
