Burning calories

As long as my heart rate is at the optimum level for burning calories it should not matter what excercise i am doing if im just concerned with losing fat.Is this a correct statement and if not put your 2 cents in .Thanks
 
well as long as your heart rate stays in it fat burning zone for 20-30 min or more then you should be doing fine.....But nothing burns fat like diet and good ole cardio.....
 
Yeah, and for me some exercises are easier/better to maintain the heartbeat for certain periods of time to burn the fat. I suggest finding one cardio that is funner than the others, yet still effective.
