Training for 2 years or so

Protein Shake (water) 220 3 2 44
Tuna (w/mayo) 220 11 0 33

That's the minimum. Sometimes I'll have some more throughout the day. Let's just say, though, that's all I ate. Would that be enough to give me a solid lb. of muscle mass or so a week, maybe even just a half pound without any fat gain? Give me advice here.
