Is that a good ratio of cabs, protein, and fat for a bulk?

I'm 160, never bulked before.. and am just getting into serious weightlifting... How many calories should I take in?

What type of a routine would be best on a bulk, for a beginner? Just a normal routine, working each body part once a week?

For a cut, do I just reduce the calories by 500? Same %'s?

Should I do something like German Body Comp for cutting, or just keep the same routine... and add in supersets to get aerobic benefits?

How long should I bulk for? How long should I cut for?

Would it be stupid to do something like meltdown training, or German Body comp while bulking?

Diet:

7:00 - 5 Eggs, Cup oatmeal, Banana, Milk

10:00 - Whey W/ Milk, Banana

12:00 - Chicken Breast, Cup of Rice, Brocolli

1-6 @ work

6:30 - Whey W/ 20 oz's grape juice
6:40 - WO
7:40 - Whey / 20 oz's Grape Juice

9:00 - Chicken Breast, Milk, Brocolli

10:30 - Sunflower seeds

11:00 - sleep


According to fit day, that breaks down to this: Calories: 2862 Fat: 66 Carbs: 373 Protein: 198

That's w/o the 2 scoops of whey though.
