brown rice cakes

Hi guys we all know that rice cakes are highly processed crap that everyone should avoid...but i've spotted these things in the supermarket advertised as 'made from natural wholegrain brown rice puffed into a crisp wafer' and the only ingredients are brown rice and water

Does anyone know whether these brown rice cakes are processed just like the other crap? I've been eating these for awhile thinking it was just the same as brown rice but I'm beginning to wonder

thanks for any help

I think you are looking for the GI of brown-rice, rice cakes...well, the GI is the same as other rice cakes, maybe a little lower, but not significant.
