How do they fit into your diet. What's the nutritional info on them. I dont know cause i didnt eat them until now, now i down 6 of them every weekend morning (only time i get up early)

I know they got protein, but from 6 of them how much of the protein am I really getting?
 
they contain mainly protien and fat
rather high in chlorestorel
lots people eat only the white and not the yolk which is where all the fat is
a trace of carbs but not really measurable
i love em yolk and all but i need the fat in my diet
since you are boiling em, you can do a whack of them on the weekends, keep them in the refrig and enjoy them during the week
as for protien conten search anywhere on the web

Thanx a lot Guys, i needed this info as i thought i had to eat more boiled eggs in order to reach 35-40 grams of protein.
