what is a good fasting protocol for bodybuilders to follow?
Looking to get jacked
any studies that show that actual athletes fasted for long periods and had good
results that I can follow ? Please share
 
i would go intermittent fasting like 16 hour fast 8 hours refeed that works for growth

alternate day fasting is the most effective way to fast for athletes and bodybuilders who want to recomp or get shredded

this means fasting one day and eating 2-3 solid meals the next and alternate it

this works, a study showed that athletes who did it lost 3 inches on their waist and also actually GAINED some muscle over the course of 12 weeks. it was incredible
