I got some info/help from some of you on my last similar post, thanks...Now I am a little confused (read the posts, archives, some links to bmr calcs, did the calc myself..... )
My BMR came out to 1792-1862 (so both within ballpark of each other, one online and the other by hand w/the formula
(weight x 12)-500.
My body weight is 190 (ideal should be 170), height 68", and active (5+hrs weight/cardio/abs per wk).
My AMR is 3176, and one of the web pages , sd to do amr-500, not as I thought BMR-500!? Wft? That is a big difference .
So which is it for cutting ? BMR-500 or AMR-500. I think for amr it gave me a number like 3176... 3176-500=2676
And another formula it said to loose weight 2735-500=2235
So I have basically three different answers. Take 1792, 2676, or 2235 to loose the weight .
