Excerpt: I seem to have a small stomach because if i eat anything more than 6 bites my stomach bloats up and i feel very lazy and gassy. It makes my workouts really crappy and i have to wait atleast an hour before i go jogging or weight train. my diet isn't bad at all, mostly oats, cereal, nuts, berries, cheese, yogurt, chicken, tuna, etc.

Re: big meals and bloating
gut health issues are common. 85% of americans have poor gut health. unfortunately it will take more than people think to repair gut health. fasting is the best way to get the ball rolling

Re: big meals and bloating
It could be the dairy and grains that are effecting you. You really have to try eliminating one food at a time and see if you can figure out what is causing it. You can also get a food sensitivity test.
