I have lunch at 11:30 and a snack at 2:30 and then 3:30 I am in the gym. I'm not super hungry at 2:30 so I have some natural pb on a whole wheat piece of bread - is this OK or is there anything else I can be eating to fill in that gap?
I wouldnt mix that much fat and carbs in one meal. If you bring a low carb protein bar(choc or choc peanut butter) you can dip it in the natural PB and that normally tastes real good(even if the bar isnt). Or have sometihng like grilled chicken on whole wheat but that might be too filling.
