D D00fy New member Mar 10, 2002 #3 if u cant have redmeat before bed do LeviathanX suggested or have 2proteins + EFA to slow down absorption or u can do a mix of protein 1/2cup cottage cheese,5eggwhites and 1table spoon natty pb or 1cup Cottage cheese,make sure its low fat
