best ways to cook chicken

what are some other ways to cook chicken where i won't get bored? I'm not a chef at all lol, my strategy for cooking chicken has been slicing them thin and putting on aluminum in the oven at 400degrees and cooking till they dry out then squeezing some lemon on them. it gets boring though doing this
