Best way to cycle diet

do you agree or disagree with cycling your diet on a day-to-day basis. Another words doing a calorie and carb cycle up or down based on how much activity I'm doing on the particular day
my current weight I would say is average I don't need to cut down and I don't need to bulk up either. I just want to maintain what I got. How would you play it when it comes to diet considering I am doing cardio and weight-training five to six times a week

you should go up and down in calories to shock your body
its a good thing to calorie cycle
