what would be the best tweak (carb meal) to have twice a week?
I tried clif bar last week (4.5 fat) (44 Carbs) (20 sugar) (10 protein)
Next tweak meal will be 6 oz. baked sweet potato and 1 TBSP Butter
I know oats, brown rice, banana good for carb up meals .. any other suggestions?
