Make your own. whey, ground oats, and natty peanut butter is way more cost effective than $17 a pound protein blends. Unless you are an advanced level athlete I'm thinking you can get by with something simple and spend the rest of your money on meat, milk, eggs, and potatoes.

This is like the old school gainer shakes that Gironda used. How does this fit into your macro scheme? Do you follow a high fat diet?

how does big blast taste i dont want to buy it then let it sit there like i have so many times.the best i tasted was bsn.
