best oil besides olive oil

what other oil is as healthy as olive oil guys? I want to try something different because I don't really like the taste of olive oil, some people told me grape seed oil is just as healthy but I would like your opinions, thank you.

i know this post might get bashed but IMHO olive oil is in no way healthy. I know the olive oil industry does a great job pushing that it is but the amount of calories in just 1 tablespoon of olive oil is crazy high.

if you want to flavor your salad use raw apple cider vinegar instead, and you can use a pinch of lemon. if you want to cook in a pan use a coconut spray. if you are baking then use lemon and spices.

Avocado oil and coconut oil are both healthy alternatives, and don’t have the overpowering flavor of olive oil. The key is not to overheat any oil being used in cooking.
