Best nuts to eat

what kind of nuts would you say are the best to eat daily?

All kinds of nuts. Just try to avoid those salted ones and the ones with different toppings and stuff.

not the ones from the gas station or those planters ones that are full of added crap

stick to raw nuts.
i'm lucky in that i have a whole foods that sells raw nuts for cheap so i can go there anytime i want and get more. but if you live in middle america where your only options are piggly wiggly or walmart for groceries then you can order them in bulk online in the shell btw.

also remember certain nuts are harder to digest than others. for me cashews upset my stomach, so i avoid them.

also be careful with your teeth. nuts are a great way to run up your dental bills if you aren't careful
