Best foods pre workout

[FONT=&quot]a week and doing two hour sessions with cardio at the end on leg days.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Are there any foods besides protein that I can eat to help with pre work out.[/FONT]
 
who told you to take protein before a workout lol? amazing the best trainers in the world who train professional athletes say that is bs but because the supp companies tell you to do that people believe it.

you don't want to eat before cardio

before weightlifting you can get away with something like an egg or two with some fruit.

don't stuff yourself before a workout and learn to train fasted, your workouts will improve 100% that way

throwing food at your stomach and making it do more work at digesting then traumatizing it makes no sense.
 
I would avoid eating right before your workout. If you are going to be lifting heavy, I would recommend getting enough carbs 2 hours or so before your workout.

You need carbs before.
