Best foods for inflammation ?

I was curious to know which foods are best for inflammation ? I have a sports injury and want to cure it naturally.
 
all foods are inflammatory unfortunately. the question is which ones are WORSE

the answer is gluten, dairy, processed foods, dry foods like meat etc. that is why you should avoid those to get inflammation down.

tumeric has anti inflammatory benefits.. also curcumin. however if you want to truly destroy inflammation and speed up healing you should look into prolonged fasting. check out my Ebook in my signature for a link.
 
The best food to reduce inflammation is wild caught fish because of the high omega 3 content.

Things like salmon, sardines etc.
 
Your omega 6 : omega 3 ratio should be 2:1
