Are there specific foods that have a certain reaction in the body that might promote say testosterone or muscle synthesis or any kind of reaction in the body that can have a positive effect on health and performance ?
 
Its simple eat clean do 30 min to 1hr cardio fast paced every day. ...all veggies all lean protein and carbs to your preference. All gear fear none or stay natty and give it 110% in the gym 7 days/24/7. No secret with gear or without greatness can be achieved.

this type of mentality is a ruse

obviously if you eat refined sugars you will get the greatest insulin response, and insulin is anabolic.. but what happens to people who eat donuts, bread, cookies, cake all the time? yeah they get fat. just because foods are anabolic, doesn't mean you should eat them.

you also hear meatheads say you need lots of red meat to grow muscle.. that is another ruse. redmeat is actually very tough on your gut health. how many meatheads have we gotten on our podcast who said their stomachs were so bad that they had to stop eating all meat just to fix it.

you want to build muscle? lift weights, eat clean, and sleep. and it also helps to have genetics
