    Re: Best foods for bones?

when people are in a hospital beds with major injuries from a car accident do they serve them a bunch of steak dinners and food? hmmm..

the truth is no, you are RESTING in a hospital bed. we want to believe that food heals everything but when you eat you actually are making your body process food and do MORE WORK. the best way to heal from an injury is REST. a hurt animal in nature doesn't go searching for food to cure itself, it lays there until it feels better and rests.

and you can run n2jointrx since it contains very beneficial ingredients to speed up healing

Rest is important. Your diet shouldn't be lacking, but otherwise there's not a ton you can do food-wise to speed it up.

As long as your diet is balanced and clean that's enough. Rest is the biggest key factor
