Excerpt: looks like the science has turned pro fat over the past decade. What are the best fat sources for 2021 we should be going after? Is dairy and cheese okay where I can add that to my meals, I seem to be addicted to cheese. Iím mostly on a chicken and rice diet and my goals is to hit 50% fat with my macros. My goal is health and weight loss combination.

    looks like the science has turned pro fat over the past decade. What are the best fat sources for 2021 we should be going after? Is dairy and cheese okay where I can add that to my meals, I seem to be addicted to cheese. Iím mostly on a chicken and rice diet and my goals is to hit 50% fat with my macros.     the problem with cheese is you won't find raw cheese anymore except a place like whole foods or a high quality market. if you find good quality RAW cheese then yes you can eat it here.

    You can eat cheese and nuts, best sources of fats are nuts and seeds IMO

    I've been reading up on how we (more so when training and working hard) are actually better off on animal fats vs any hydrogenated fats

    I would include raw nuts, avocados, grass fed beef, and whole eggs to name a few. And cooking with coconut oil is a great option.
