Best to cook meat with ?

I wanted to know what I should be using to cook my meat? Would organic butter be good? Or coconut oil ? Let me know what you think is best?

What are your goals? You got to be a little more specific?

I don't think neither of them is a very healthy options but coconut oil being higher in saturated fats I'd probably choose the butter.

organic coconut oil and 100% real olive oil (this one is tricky as many are laced with other oils, look for the CA label)

Actually you don't want to cook with olive oil because it has a low smoke point. Olive oil is great for health but DONT cook with it.

For cooking - coconut, avocado or macadamia nut oil

I will occasionally cook with a coconut oil spray but I typicaly dont use any type of oil or butter. Just unnecessary calories.
