best cereal while bulking

Hi,
Which cereal would be the best to have before workout, should I go for the one with highest in calories and carbs per serving? or the one with a highest contain of vitamins and protein?
 
none bro. cereal is awful

it is gluten, sugar, processed junk, etc etc. and then you are pouring milk on top of it which is inflammatory for good measure.

a good pre workout meal is something like 2 scrambled eggs, sweet potato, a piece of toast, and a piece of fruit.
 
Regular cheerios and regular rice krispies aren't terrible options but they are still processed and over priced for what they are.

A box of cereal is around 1 pound and costs around 5 bucks. You can buy an entire 10 pound bag of oatmeal for 5 bucks at Costco.

Stick with single ingredient whole foods. Just get regular oatmeal. It's going to provide way more nutrients then any commercial cereal, contain no sugar and be way cheaper.
 
Rice crispies could be an option actually. However, keep in mind that if you would eat it with milk, then you might have some problems with digestion before or during the workout, as dairy products contain lactose and takes time to digest.

I would stick to a simple carb + protein meal, with rice and lean meat
