for pure indulgence- raisen bran crunch, toasted oatmeal, honey bunches of oats, granola, Oh's, fruity pebbles, protein plus, frosted flakes, rice crispy treats cereal. It's been years since I've had any of these except for the protein plus- gotta have that every once in awhile.
For health- Fiber 1, All bran, Oldfashioned Oatmeal.
