Best carbs to eat for weight loss?

I was curious as to which carbs are best to eat when i am trying to lose weight but also give me enough energy to train hard.
 
food does not give you energy.. let me explain:

when you eat something your body must process it. you use up 50% of your energy during the day digesting food

so... and this might be hard at first.. but don't eat before a workout. just make sure you are hydrated. you will have tons of energy doing that.. then you can eat AFTER
 
High volume low calorie foods like broccoli, celery, mushroom, zucchini etc.

They are very satiating but very low in calories
