best beef cut to grind

Hi guys , I got myself a nice beef grinder machine and I would like to make some healthy burgers, any idea which cut would be the leanest to grind to make some burger patties?

I don't know about that parts of the beef - just take the pieces of meat that have no fat and ligaments in them. If it is clean meat in that regard, then it does not make a difference from what part of the animal it comes.

The leanest cut of beef is eye of round. It is 97% lean.

If you grind up eye of round, that is the leanest ground beef you can possibly make.

Just make sure you get grass fed beef if you go that route or chicken/turkey are great. Obviously trim the fat off the beef and you will do much better.
