Excerpt: I want to know with dairy are there more positives or negatives ? I know it has good proteins but it also causes inflammation so I am not so sure which is the better solution ?

    I want to know with dairy are there more positives or negatives ? I know it has good proteins but it also causes inflammation so I am not so sure which is the better solution ?

    unless it is humane friendly, grassfed cows that are happy and healthy and the milk isn't pasteurized (you won't find this in north america) then 100% negative.

    I am not a big fan of dairy products. Very inflammatory in the body and most people don't digest dairy well.

    The only exception is a good quality grass fed whey protein powder. Other then that I would not consume any dairy products

    You are better to get protein from other sources.
