Being the newbie that I am, I find it impossible to make goals.

^anyone have any suggestions?




My goals thus far consist of
1 stick to routine, no talking myself out of working out
2 dont rush my progress/ be realistic
3 Eat right



These are measureable goals, but not exaclty the ones that let you know you are going in the right direction
 
If you stick to that, you have consistency, good nutrition, and aren't over exerting yourself physically or mentally, and are grasping things for what they are (being realistic).

I think theose are letting you know you're going in the right direction, my friend.

A goal is a goal, don't let us give you a suggestion. If you're looking for more of a guideline, then just train hard, eat big/clean, rest easy. That's all there is to it.

Your own personal agenda should determine your goals.
