I would say no you don't need the powders.
your body knows the difference between powders and real food
also when you blend up food you are processing it. it is a ruse to think you can blend veggies in a blender and add some sweeteners and that is healthy. visiting smoothie shops for your veggie and fruit consumption will get you nowhere for that reason
eat WHOLE ORGANIC produce, stay the fuck away from smoothies and powders!
