I know no beer is the best answer, but for someone taking ONLY clenbuterol who decides to, is 2 beer per day ok for someone off cycle right now who does 30mins cardio & 30 minutes workout on a body part per day?

horrible idea

alcohol increases estrogen first off. 2nd off when you consume alcohol it blocks your body from burning fat. 3rd off beer is processed grains which get stored as fat in the body very easily

that is why the beer belly thing got started

You really just have to decide what your real goals are. If you are trying to cut down the consuming alcohol is going to hinder that goal.

Well when ive been as low as 7% body fat in the past couple summers, ive drank beer daily and if you workout diet and supplement right, its more of a diuretic is it not?

there are also guys who eat pizza and mcdonalds who are also 7% body fat. doesn't make it a wise choice.

what about the other damage you are doing there?

alcohol is the worst thing for a diet, i rather eat a cheeseburger than drink on a diet
