I have gotten back into eating beans since my break up (my ex hated when I ate them cause my gas) so now with the old hag out of the picture it is time to eating them again. What are some of the best bean recipes you guys like to get into your meals or eat them solo. I used to make them with chili and tacos

i once had a girl i was dating make me some beans post workout. it was like our 3rd date and it was the first time she invited me to her house. she said 'it has a lot of protein' .. it was delicious and i ate a large bowl of it

the bad news is i spent the next hour on her toilet which was incredibly embarassing. she had a small house and the bathroom was right next to her living room where she was chilling on the couch

so long story short, most people will have a hard time digesting them. i avoid them. enzymes can help, but if you need an enzyme to digest a food what does that tell you? if you can eat them without problems then have at it, simply boiling them will work fine
