    Basic bodybuilding Foods

    so I came up with some basic bodybuilding Foods and wanted to know if you experts on here I think if I just stick to this I can gain muscle and lose fat no problem

    Oatmeal
    Chicken
    Beef
    Rice
    Brocolli
    Juice
    Water
    Coffee
    Am i missing something important here?

    coffee isn't bodybuilding food and the juice needs to be fresh squeezed. i also am a beleiver in fruit. remember we evolved eating them and they are full of fiber, antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.

    You really should get more variety in there. Just eat anything that is a single ingredient clean whole food.
