Eggs are out breadand butter, and was just wondering, if the brownish eggs are anydifferent to the white eggs they sell in the shop? The brownish onesare more expensive, but I don't quite know how could they differ fromthe white ones. Any ideas?

if you buy cheap eggs the chickens spread disease in cages and that means you must overcook the eggs or risk bacteria issues
for best health benefits from eggs you need to make sure you cook them well but leave the yolks liquidy.. if you overcook the yolks that isn't good

The eggs situation is more simple than you could ever imagine. Brown eggs are given by brown and dark chickens, and white eggs come from white chickens. So the million dollar question is - what is the difference between those chickens? The darker chickens are usually bigger in size, hence they need to eat more, bringing higher costs to the manufacturer. This difference is minimal, but the manufacturers like to use the popular misconception that brown eggs are for some reason healthier than white eggs, and earn some additional cash. In reality, the contents of the eggs are exactly the same, and they have all the same nutritional values.
Eggs are eggs. It comes more down to your morals and views on animals. You can look for cage free and organic eggs if you are concerned about those things.
