Any healthy cheese?

Not really - the closest is cottage cheese.

stick to european cheeses and read what is in them. italians, greeks, and the french eat a lot of cheese and the meditearrean diet is IMO the healthiest diet. but if you are eating cheese from a sick American cow that is fed GMO corn and the cheese is pasteurized garbage then that doesn't count as medi diet sorry
the bottom line is this, don't go buy Kraft cheese for $1.99 and think that is healthy
if you want healthy cheese a small amount will cost you atleast $12.
i always look for italian or french sheep/goat cheese that is not pasteurized.. luckily where i shop has it but most americans you won't find it in your store. you will find the worst cheese you can imagine for cheap
