List all the contents of these "foods" and see where the calories
are and what they are.
Sugar?? Protein? Fats?
If you do the analysis, you'll see if these products will
cut or bulk.
For me ... it was not calories.... It was the fast sugars.
The more clean proteins and slow carb vegs I took in,
the more fat I burned and the more held water was released.
I got the veins look with no aas help.
