i have been primarily a vegetarian the past month or two, that is on paper a catabolic diet.. yet magically my muscles haven't shrunk. i look bigger than 99% of the douchebags at my gym who eat nothing but protein powders and meat all day. go figure.
you want to get fat? eat a bunch of meat and dairy which are 'anabolic foods'. that is what most american do already
